Product Info: Product numbers: K7203, K7192 and K7195. Product is 23 inches tall. Has two carry handles on the left and right side. Has a palm tree mobile and two hanging plush toys. Model numbers are located under the right handle on the swing. The product was sold at Toys R Us and selected independent nursery retailers throughout Australia from January 2007.

Defect Details:  Infants can shift to one side of the swing and can become caught between the swing frame and seat.

Consumer action: Consumers should immediately take any affected toys away from children and contact Mattel Pty Ltd on toll free 1800 674 753 between Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm (Australian EST) to determine if product is affected and to arrange for the return of affected toys. Do not return product to retail stores. Consumers will receive a replacement toy to the value of the returned product.
